Tenant sues landlord, sends materials to her PO Box knowing she won't check it, she misses her court date: '[Now] she looks insanely negligent'

Who knew that having an incompetent landlord could actually come in handy down the road? Most tenants would walk away and move elsewhere after this lady's antics, but it took that one tenant who didn't quit to finally make her comeuppance a reality.

This author was almost instantly on his landlord's bad side because she didn't like the fact that he had a service animal. Never mind the fact that the author needed the animal, but this landlord simply could not accept the fact that it was necessary and couldn't shake the false notion that her new tenant was simply finding loopholes to break her "no pet" rules. She then embarked upon a mission to find loopholes of her own in order to attempt to evict the tenant from her building. All of these attempts failed to materialize.

Still, the tenant was determined to stop her once and for all. When he filed a lawsuit and sent legal materials her way to her PO Box, he knew that she rarely checked her mail. He figured that he could use this knowledge to his advantage and to help build his case against her, and guess what? It worked! Not only was the author able to prove her negligence and incompetence, but she also ended up not even showing up to her court appointment. Of course, this only worked in the author's favor and ended up making him look particularly sympathetic to the judge. The delicious part is that these -hats have been digging their heels in and filling frivolous appeals so the last judge added 5k for them using the court to continue to harass my sister,
